So after starting to watch all of the new back to school trends there are two toys and products that are really standing out as the big back to school trend toys this year. Whimzy Pets and Squinkies. Both Whimzy Pets and Squinkies have funny names and are fun to say but they are both affordable collectible toys and gifts for your kids. So what are they and why are they the newest back to school trend products? Lets start with Squinkies and then do Whimzey Pets.
Squinkies are fun little miniature collectible animals that come in gumball and prize machine styled houses. The Squinkies homes are made of colorful plastic that looks like gumball machines and teapots and the Squinkies palace is also a cool looking machine. Squinkies are little collectible animals and dolls that come in little prize balls, which is why there is the squinkies houses theme of gumball machines with turning knobs to get your prize. The Squinkies all come in the little prize balls so it is like you are at a restaurant or mall where they have the gumball and prize machines except your kids don’t need a quarter for their squinkies prizes because they already have the squinkies. Squinkies combine the addictive gumball machines and prizes with cute collectible dolls and when you take that and mix it with trendy looking toys that girls love they will be going crazy for squinkies all back to school season. For some reason Squinkies are taking off and girls everyone are going crazy for them and showing them off. They are using them to decorate backpacks, keychains, pencils and pens and some are just carrying them around and showing them off as a best friend.
Whimzy Pets.
So if your girls aren’t going crazy over Squinkies then they may be falling in love with the Whimzey Pets. Whimzy Pets are tiny little stuffed animal styled collectible toys that sort of look like Beanie Babies. Whimzey Pets combine the cute look of the beanie baby with a tiny stuffed animal styled toy whose arms are formed to look like they are hugging you. Kids are using Whimzy Pets as hair decorations, around their fingers when showing them off and keeping them by their computers to show off to their frends. The thing that I like most about the whimzy pets and the squinkies is that both toys are not only affordable but they are also easy to buy in bulk quantities because of sites like Amazon.com. Although I have not bought any whimzy pets or squinkies yet since the girls I would be buying for are to young for small toys or to old to think they are cool, I do love them and the ideas behind Squinkies and Whimzy Pets.
